Ha! This smacks o’ irony suddenly, no? Hey, we all need validation, let’s not kid ourselves.
I was in awe of the story of a man who went into the Coast Guard and felt insecure of his decisions. Then he started a new life known as post-Harper Lee. The book changed you and this is wonderful.
